A norm group is a sample of people who have taken the test, whose results are used to determine the average and the variation in the results. In short, this makes up the reference group that your results are compared to.

The current norm group consists of 311 people who have completed Alva’s logic test on our platform. They are mainly employees in knowledge-intensive organizations with a high education level. This is important to keep in mind when interpreting the results; Alva’s norm group is likely to have higher average results than the general population.
