While personality is measured on the individual level, team performance is typically measured on the team level. The definition of performance depends on the goals and objectives of the team, but there are some common themes. In most studies, the supervisor or manager evaluates team performance by rating things like:

  • Quality of work 
  • Quantity of work
  • Planning and organizing
  • Knowledge of tasks
  • Overall evaluation of team performance
