Choose the candidates you want to interview
To get started, go to the Candidate evaluation tab within your job position and select which candidates you want to assess using the interview scorecard.
Click on the checkbox for each candidate and press the button "assign interviewers".
Define which employees you want to conduct the interview
Next, is important to select the right people to conduct these assessments. You can either choose manually or search by using the search field.
If you selected multiple candidates, all selected employees will be asked to complete the scorecard for these candidates.
Send out the invitations
Just press the button "Assign Interviewers" to send them the scorecard. They will automatically receive the invitations under the "my interviews" Tab.
Pro Tip: you can follow the progress under each candidate.
