Using Alva Marketplace your job will be published to thousands of relevant candidates, with a high role-fit for your position. Fill out a form, tell us what you are looking for and Marketplace will handle the rest.

How does it work?

  1. Fill out a form and tell us what you're looking for

  2. The candidates that matches with your position will receive a job recommendation on their Alva account

  3. The candidate can decide to apply or dismiss

If a candidate apply they will show up in your candidate list with an Added by Alva tag.

How do I enable the feature?

  1. Click on the Settings tab.

  2. Expand the Public listing option.

  3. Click on Set up Alva Marketplace.

Now, your position can be matched against candidates who have completed the Alva tests and enabled the Alva Marketplace feature on their Alva account.

To ensure the candidates we match you with have relevant experience, you aslo need to fill out a form that tells us more about what you're looking for. Some examples of what questions we will ask is:

  • Does the job include leadership responsibilities?

  • Which languages should the candidate speak and write fluently?

  • How many years of experience should the candidate have?

You will aslo get a chance to give more information on job description, what you are looking for in a candidate and what they should be familiar with.
