Performing a Code Review

To conduct a code review, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Coding test" tab of the job application page results.

  2. Scroll down to "Code review scoring" and click "Rate".

  3. In the pop-up modal, scroll down to rate predefined areas or hover over the pagination element on the left to select a desired assessment area.

  4. Provide 1-5 ratings for each assessment area and add clarifying comments to justify your rating when necessary.

  5. Click "Publish" at the bottom of the page when finished.

Adding a Next-Round Decision

To add a next-round decision:

  1. Navigate to the "Coding test" tab of the job application page results.

  2. Scroll down to "Next-round decision after coding test" and click "Rate".

  3. In the pop-up modal, scroll down to the "Next-round decision after coding test" area.

  4. Select "Yes" or "No" to indicate if the candidate should proceed to the next interview round based on their coding test submission. Add clarifying comments to justify your decision when necessary.

  5. Click "Publish" at the bottom of the page when finished.
