If you run into any issues with your coding test, please follow this workflow to get assistance:
Open a GitHub Issue on your coding test repository: Go to the "Issues" tab and click "New issue". Please note that the issue must be created on the repository linked from your application page in Alva (it must not a fork nor any other repository).
Describe Your Issue: Include key details like error messages or steps to reproduce the issue. This helps us understand and resolve your concern more efficiently.
Automated Support: Our AI-enabled support bot will initially attempt to resolve your issue. But if it can't help, a member of the Alva team will be notified and help you.
ℹ️ Note: Our human support is active Mon-Fri between 9:00-17:00 CET. The expected response time is the next working day.
⚠️ Warning: Closing the issue once your problem is resolved is mandatory. Open issues indicate that your coding test is not ready for review.
