When both a Personality Test and an Interview Assessment are included in a job position, Alva’s AI assistant - Architect - automatically generates tailored interview questions for each candidate. These questions aim to dig deeper into a candidate’s personality and potential fit with your chosen Personality Profile.
How Are Questions Suggested?
Architect analyzes the candidate’s personality results against the profile set for the role. It identifies:
Which personality trait is most important for success in the role.
Where the candidate’s fit for that trait is lowest.
From this, Architect crafts a behavioural interview question designed to explore how the candidate approaches situations where that trait may help or challenge them.

How Does It Work?
When you create an interview or a template in Alva, simply toggle on Generate personalized questions.
Here’s what happens next:
When an interview starts, Architect automatically generates a question based on the candidate’s results.
Scoring anchors are also created to support structured and fair evaluation of the candidate’s response.
If the question doesn’t feel quite right, click Regenerate question — Architect will instantly suggest a new one.
