How are questions suggested?
Generated questions are based on each candidate's personality result and the current selected Personality profile for the job position. Architect reviews the candidate's fit towards the profile and identifies which personality trait is most important yet has the poorest fit.
Architect then uses that combination to suggest a behavioral question. This question is designed to help you probe into behaviors that are linked to this trait, and how the candidate may have developed strategies adapt to tasks where this trait may be more or less beneficiary.
How does it work?
Architect will automatically generate a question based on the candidate's results when an interview is started.
You also get scoring anchors generated, to help with fair and accurate scoring of the candidates response to the question.
