Speak to your Customer Success team at Visma Recruit to initiate the ATS integration with Alva. You will be requested for a API key from Alva Labs, which you can get from Alva Labs account >Settings>Integration>Add integrations>New API Key
Once the integration has been done, follow the below steps to use Alva with Visma Recruit.
Create a job
Select the Assessment
Select the candidates to send the assessments
Select Alva Kandidattester from Other actions at the bottom
Select the Personality profile from the drop down list
Click Send to deliver the tests to the candidates. Alva Labs will handle the test invitations and manage the entire test process.
Once the candidates have completed the tests, their results will appear as shown below.
Note:
Here, we only display the Role Fit score based on the logic and personality tests. The complete Role Fit, including other assessment types such as interviews and coding tests, is available in Alva Labs.
Clicking the green circle will generate a URL that takes you directly to the candidate’s detailed results in Alva Labs.
