Using Visma Recruit ATS with Alva Labs

This article explains how to use Visma Recruit ATS to send Alva Labs' logic and personality assessments to candidates.

Before you can send Alva assessments

  1. Speak to your Customer Success team at Visma Recruit to initiate the ATS integration with Alva. You will be requested for an API key from Alva Labs, which you can get from your Alva Labs account under Settings > Integrations > Add integration > New API key.

Sending Alva assessments from Visma Recruit

Once the integration is complete, follow these steps to send assessments.

  1. Create a job

  2. Select the Assessment

    1. Select the candidates to send the assessments

    2. Select Alva Kandidattester from Other actions at the bottom

  3. Select the Personality profile from the drop down list

  4. Click Send to deliver the tests to the candidates. Alva Labs will handle the test invitations and manage the entire test process.

  5. Once the candidates have completed the tests, their results will appear as shown below.

    šŸ’” Note: This shows only the Role fit score from the logic and personality tests. The complete Role fit ā€” including interviews and coding tests ā€” is available in Alva Labs.

  6. Clicking the green circle will generate a URL that takes you directly to the candidateā€™s detailed results in Alva Labs.
