What is the share interview link?
The share interview link lets you invite colleagues to join a specific interview.
They open the link, land directly in the scorecard, and can score answers and take notes. Use share links when someone should help assess a candidate in one interview, but does not need full access to the job.
How to share an interview link
To create a shareable link to your interview:
Go to the job in Alva where the interview is added.
Find the interview in the table overview.
Click the share interview link.
Select which Alva user(s) to invite.
Choose whether to send an email or not.
Click Save & Copy link and share it via chat, email, or calendar.
💡Note: If you skip the email from Alva, paste the link into your existing calendar invite so everyone has it in one place.
What invited colleagues can do
Colleagues who use the link can:
Open the specific interview scorecard
See the questions and rating scale
Score answers
Add comments and notes
They can do this without entering a password if they use the one‑time magic link. The link only opens this interview’s scorecard. It does not unlock other interviews or broader job information.
Who can access the link?
Only colleagues who already have an Alva account can access the interview via the link. People without an Alva account will not be able to use it.
