In Alva's Hiring System, you can use the skills that you've defined for a job as a basis for Alva Architect to generate suitable interview questions.
Whenever you generate an assessment plan in Alva's hiring system, Architect will also generate interview templates with questions tailored to the specific role that you are hiring for. Architect takes multiple sources of data into account, including what the job is about, the given requirements, and expected experience level.
Questions are generated as either situational or past-behavior type of questions, in line with best practise according to research. For technical roles, questions on how to tackle particular technical solutions or complexities can also be suggested.
You can preview the questions by either clicking Preview interview or Edit interview. While editing an interview, you can also edit and/or regenerate a question.
By changing the skills that are assigned to a question, you can also change the topic of the interview question. Up to three different skills can be combined to generate a new question from.
