Alva Architect supports Talent Acquisition Managers by automatically recommending role-specific assessments with Alva Labs’ trusted AI-driven insights. It simplifies aligning hiring managers, ensuring an evidence-based approach that delivers more accurate hiring outcomes, quickly and effectively.

Alva Architect will automatically give you suggestions for what profile to use for your position based on the position name. Once you have set up a position in Alva you will automatically get a suggested profile.

In case the suggested profile is not the right one, or if you simply want to specify what role you are hiring for to ensure you get a relevant recommendation, simply go to a the job position you are hiring for and navigate to the Assessments tab. There you can click Edit Role and the following box will appear.

You can either write a role or use the existing role library available in Alva.

Select the relevant role and get an updated recommendation. Click Apply recommendation and your position will automatically be updated with the new suggestion.

Yes! The Alva Architect can be set up to recommend custom-made profiles for specific job categories or titles. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for help to set this up.

If you are hiring for technical roles you can leverage Alva Architect to help you select the best suitable coding test. Under Assessment Methods you can navigate to the coding test recommendation section at the very bottom. Click Get coding test recommendation.

Alva Architect will ask you to specify the role, how senior preferred candidate should be, and what technical skills you find critical to be successful for the job.

Once you have added you requests, Alva Architect will automatically give you a recommended coding test that you can easily apply to your job position by clicking Apply recommendation.
