  1. Create a job

  2. Add assessments

    1. Step 1: Click on Interview Plan on left panel

    2. Step 2: Click Add activity to the relevant stage you want to add the assessment

    3. Step 3: Select Alva Labs from the integration section

    4. Select the assessment type as needed. Here you have the options of choosing

      1. Psychometric test profiles (in which case both personality & logic tests) will be sent out

      2. Logic test only

      3. Personality test only (in which case the personality profile will be the organisational default profile)

      4. If you want to set up interviews via Alva, you can also select from Alva interview templates

Automating test sendouts

Once you add the assessment (if you dont see this view directly, click on modify assessments), click on the “Automation” tab and then select “Automate on stage entry”

With this, when you move candidates to the respective stage, the assessment will be triggered automatically.

Send out assessment one by one

Step 1: In the candidate pipeline, move the candidates to the relevant stage

Step 2: Click start assessment.

If you started a psychometric asssessment, Alva will send out the test invitations and administer the tests.

If you started a interview:

You will see a link “View in Alva Labs” which will take you to the interview scorecard, where you can conduct the interview

Results

Once the results are received, you can see the results in Ashby.

By clicking “View in Alva Labs” you can see detailed test results
