What Architect Results Summaries Are

Architect Results Summaries give hiring teams a fast, concrete understanding of a candidate’s results and what those results may indicate for the role.
A summary is generated every time a candidate submits a new assessment result.

💡Note: These summaries are meant to support your review, not replace a full interpretation of the candidate’s results.

Where You’ll Find the Summaries

Architect’s summaries appear directly on each candidate’s results pages.
They are also included when you share candidate results with colleagues outside Alva.

Types of Summaries Available

Architect creates a separate summary for each component:

  • Candidate’s Background & Experience

  • Logic Test results

  • Personality Test results

  • Each Interview

  • Coding Test results

  • A combined summary across all assessments
(Background & experience is not included in the combined summary.)

💡Note: Each summary is constructed independently so that you can review components one by one or look at the combined overview.

How the Summaries Are Generated

Architect receives the candidate’s raw assessment data and assessment scores. From this, it is instructed to:

  1. Highlight the most important parts of the results.

  2. Explain these results in the context of the role you are hiring for.

Important: Architect never determines whether a candidate is suitable or unsuitable for a role.

How to Use Architect Summaries

Architect is designed to help you quickly navigate large amounts of candidate information. It is especially useful when you:

  • Need a quick recap of a candidate you reviewed earlier

  • Want to get up to speed on how colleagues rated candidates in interviews

  • Are comparing multiple candidates with a lot of assessment data

However, Architect is not intended to:

  • Replace detailed interpretation

  • Capture every single data point

  • Serve as a standalone evaluation

💡Note: Always review the full candidate information when making final evaluation decisions.
