Job List Widget — Display jobs on your website and collect applications in Alva

The Job List Widget lets you show your open jobs directly on your website or ATS career page, and send candidates into an Alva application flow — giving them a seamless experience and helping you collect the information you need without extra steps.

With the widget, candidates can simply browse your jobs and then apply to any job they find interesting. You simply generate the widget code in Alva and paste it where you want it to appear.

What is the Job List Widget?

The Job List Widget is an embeddable component that displays your published jobs on any webpage — for example:

  • Your ATS career site (like Teamtailor or Jobylon)

  • Your company website (hosted by HubSpot, WordPress, or others)

When a candidate clicks a job, they are redirected to Alva to apply and complete the application.

How it works — at a glance

  1. Configure your widget in Alva

Choose how the layout of the widget should look like

  2. Generate the widget code

Alva gives you a code you can copy.

  3. Paste the code where you want the jobs to appear

Put the code in your ATS career page or website

Common ways to use it

1. With your ATS career page

If you use an ATS:

  • Embed the widget on your ATS job listing page

  • Candidates apply through directly Alva even if they started in your ATS

This helps reduce friction and makes candidate data flow more consistently into Alva.

2. Without an ATS

This is also a good option for companies that don’t use an ATS, or for companies that host their own career site as part of their website.

  • Embed the widget directly on your homepage or careers page

  • Let candidates find open roles and apply directly through Alva

You get a simple and reliable careers experience without needing a full ATS.

How to get going

  1. Log in to your Alva account

  2. Navigate to organizational settings

  3. Click the Job List Widget card

  4. Now you are ready to set up your widget! 🥳
