In order to save your results to your personal profile, and manage who can access them, you need to create an Alva account. 

As a candidate you can log in at all times and access your test scores, and if you end up getting employed you will get to know your new team better based on your personality results.

Your Alva account also gives you the possibility to take your profile with you when applying for roles at other companies that also use Alva. Personality and logic ability are both considered stable over time, hence no need to go through a time-consuming testing process again when you already have test results on file. 

Of course, you have full ownership over your data and can at any time revoke access of your data with the companies you have shared your results with. If you wish to remove your account from Alva please email: legal@alvalabs.io. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service here.
