In order to save your results to your personal profile, and manage who can access them, you need to create an Alva account. This gives you the ability to, at any time, revisit your test results and applications.

Your Alva account also gives you the possibility to take your profile with you when applying for roles at other companies that also use Alva. Personality and logic ability are both considered stable over time, hence no need to go through a time-consuming testing process again when you already have test results on file.

Of course, you have full ownership over your data and can at any time revoke access of your data with the companies you have shared your results with.
