Once you have activated Alva's integration with Jobylon you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through Jobylon.

To get started using Alva with Jobylon, you can read the below article, or you can watch this brief video that takes you through the basic steps:

How to send Alva tests and choose test profile using Jobylon

Step 1: Starting from the dashboard, click on the desired job.

Step 2: In order to configure your settings, press "Alva Settings" (marked in red).

Step 3: Here you can choose test profile (1), select a desired email template (2), as well as which tests you want to send (3).

Note: The same tests are sent to all candidates. The option to change test profile only changes how the results are interpreted, for more information on test profiles click HERE.

Step 4: For the final step you need to select which candidates you want to send Alva tests to by ticking the boxes to the left of their names. When this is done you can send out tests to all selected candidates by pressing "Send test". Jobylon supports sending tests automatically, but this requires Jobylon staff to manually configure settings!

How to view test results in Jobylon

In order to view your candidates results, first access the relevant position. Then click on the candidates name (in this case Emma Andersson).

From here you can view both the simplified assessment results which are based on which test profile you chose when you configured the Alva settings in Jobylon. You can also access the detailed test results on the Alva website by clicking "View detailed results" as shown in the picture (Marked with a red box).

Thank you for reading this guide!
