Once you have activated Alva's integration with Jobylon you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through Jobylon.
To get started using Alva with Jobylon, you can read the article below, or you can watch this brief video that takes you through the basic steps:
How to send Alva tests and choose test profile using Jobylon
Step 1: Starting from the dashboard, click on the desired job.
Step 2: Based on which tests you want to configure, you will see 3 buttons “Alva Personality & Logic test”, “Alva Interviews” or “Alva coding test”. In order to configure your settings, press the relevant Alva setting button.
Step 3: Here you can choose test profile (1), select a desired email template (2), as well as which tests you want to send (3).
Note: The same tests are sent to all candidates. The option to change test profile only changes how the results are interpreted, for more information on test profiles click HERE.
Step 4: For the final step you need to select which candidates you want to send Alva tests to by ticking the boxes to the left of their names. When this is done you can send out tests to all selected candidates by pressing "Send to Alva Personality & Logic test".
Should you wish to automatically send Alva tests when changing a candidate's status, please follow these steps:
Navigate to 'Pipeline Actions' in a job position.
Click on 'Create Action' next to the desired status you wish to automate.
Choose 'Partner Integrations' for the action type.
Select 'Alva Personality & Logic Test' as the integration & save.
With this setup, whenever a candidate's status is updated to the specified state, the Alva test will be automatically sent to the customer. For optimal organization, we recommend creating a new status named "Alva Tests" specifically for this automation.
