1. Retrieving your API key and Webhook Signature through the Alva Labs Website
Step 1: Go to your company Settings (1), then the Integrations tab (2), then click Add integration (3).
đĄ Tip: Can't access Settings? Ask an admin in your organisation, or reach out on Alva's Intercom.
Step 2: A menu will appear listing all the different ATS-systems that Alva Labs support. Click the Add option that is located to the right of the Ponty logo and name.
Step 3: Next, click Enable integration.
Step 4: Press the eye-icons (1) to reveal your API key and Webhook signature (2), then copy them. You'll need both in the next step.
â ď¸ Note: API Keys allow access to sensitive data and must be kept secret. If an API Key is shared in an email and your email is intercepted by a malicious third party or your email account is hacked, the hacker would be able to view and access your API Key.
2. Integrating Alva and Ponty in the Ponty Website
Step 1: Go to the Ponty website. Once there go to "Admin", "Externa tjänster" then "API- användare" (1) and then click on the "Skapa Alva-integration" button (2).
Step 2: Paste both your API key (1) and your webhook signature (2) in their respective fields then press the "skapa integration" button.
