Step 1: Go to your company Settings (1). If you can't access them, either ask an employee in your organization with the access level "admin" or reach out on Alva's Intercom. Next click the "Integrations" tab (2). Finally click "Add Integration" (3).

Step 2: A menu will appear listing all the different ATS-systems that Alva Labs support. Click on the "Add" option that is located to the right of the Ponty logo and name.

Step 3: Next, click on "Enable Integration".

Step 4: Press the eye-icons (1) in order to reveal your API key and your webhook signature (2). Next copy the revealed strings of information. You need to use both of these strings of information in one of the following steps.

Please note: API Keys allow access to sensitive data and must be kept secret. If an API Key is shared in an email and your email is intercepted by a malicious third party or your email account is hacked, the hacker would be able to view and access your API Key.

Step 1: Go to the Ponty website. Once there go to "API- användare" (1) and then click on the "Skapa Alva-integration" button (2).

Step 2: Paste both your API key (1) and your webhook signature (2) in their respective fields then press the "skapa integration" button.
