Creating your Marketplace account: You have the option to sign up for Marketplace when you're invited to participate in Alva tests.
Receive job recommendations: Following your test completion, we will align you with suitable job positions in the Marketplace, utilizing your test scores. The matching process also considers your job family (like sales, customer success, software engineering), and language proficiency.
Option to Apply: You hold the power to either apply for or ignore the job recommendation. When applying you will be able to re-use your test results.
Application status: If you apply, your profile will be visible to the recruiter who posted the job. They'll be notified of your application and can reach out to you for the next steps.
How do I improve my chances of getting relevant job recommendations?
Giving more information can help us find jobs that suit you better. You can do this by clicking on the 'Edit profile' button and filling out the form about the kind of job you want.
