To use Alva, the first step is to configure Alva in your job in Jobylon. We recommend adding Alva's assessments as early as possible to the process. This will help you decrease biases and start hiring based on actual predictors of success on the job. You can read more about our recommended recruitment process HERE.
Configure Avla on Job positions in Jobylon
In Jobylon, the first step is to configure the Alva assessments you want to use in a job.
If you have created a job, hover over the puzzle symbol and select the assessments you want to use in this particular job and complete the configuration.
Go into the job where you configured the Alva assessment -> Navigate to 'Pipeline Actions' in a job position --> Click on 'Create Action' next to the desired status you wish to automate --> Choose 'Partner Integrations' for the action type --> Select which Alva assessment you want to use in this stage.
Only the assessments that you choose here will be activated in this stage. Meaning that if you only choose a coding test, no other assessments will be sent out. For Interviews, no invitations are actually sent to the candidate, read more about how Interview work below.
If you want to automatically move candidates between stages based on their results, go to 'Pipeline Actions' once again and add "Move based on score". Thereafter select the stage you want to move the candidate to when the criterion is fulfilled.
