If you are new to the integration between Alva and Jobylon, then first have a look at how to configure Alva on Job Positions in Jobylon.

How to Configure Alva Interview Templates for Your Job Position in Jobylon

To use Alva Interview templates for your position, the first step is to configure Alva interviews for the job in Jobylon. Go to "Configure Avla on Job positions in Jobylon" if you are unfamiliar with configuring Alva to a job in Jobylon.

  1. To initiate an interview with one or more candidates, simply select the candidates of your choice and click on the "Send to Alva Interviews" button. This will generate an interview card in the Jobylon system for each selected candidate. OR if you have added Alva interviews as a pipeline action, simply change status for the candidate to the status where Alva interviews have been added as a pipeline action.

It's important to note that candidates will not receive any notifications when they take this action.

  2. After clicking on the candidate's name, you'll see the new interview card appear. To begin the interview, click on "Interview this candidate." This will take you to the Alva Labs interview section. Once there, you have the option to assign someone to conduct the interview or choose to interview the candidate yourself.

  3. When you publish the interviews in Alva, the results will automatically be posted in Jobylon. The overall score in the circle represents aggregated scores for interviews. Last row, Role fit shows the total role fit score for all assessments completed so far. Additionally, you can view a detailed breakdown of the results directly within the card.
