How to create an interview template that you can reuse across multiple jobs

Why use an Interview template?

An interview template is helpful when you want to reuse content across multiple job positions. The template serves as a baseline that can be applied to any job.

If you need to tailor a template for a specific position, you can do so after assigning it to a specific job.

How do I create an Interview Template?

  1. Click the ‘Create Interview Template’ button in the top right corner.

  2. Begin by adding a Title and Description for the template.

  3. Add content by clicking ‘Add from library’ button. Here, you can choose from content created in the Interview Content view.

  4. Once you’re satisfied with the layout, click ‘Save interview template’.
