You have the possibility to create your own email templates to customize the invitation that goes out to both candidates and employees.

If you don't make any changes, you will automatically use Alva's default email templates shown below. Follow the instructions below to learn how to create your own templates.

Customize your email templates: 

If you want to create customized email templates, you can go to the settings page and click "Email templates" and then "Create new template" (see screenshots below). You can create customized templates for both candidates and employees (users). Also, you can create templates for both invitation emails and reminder emails.

Once you start filling out the information you would like in the template, you can see a preview on the right of how the template will look to receivers (see the last screenshot below). You can leverage communication templates to candidates HERE and to employees HERE.

Once you save the template, it will be available in the organization library of email templates.
