There are two ways to add an existing candidate to another job position.
Add candidate to another job position through Settings
Go to the job positions overview page on the Alva platform. Then go to the candidate overview page in the job position that has the candidate you would like to add to another job position. Once there, click on the candidate. When you are inside the candidate’s individual page, go to the Settings option.
Once there, scroll down to the section with the title “All jobs for candidate”. Once there you can press the button that says “add to other job”. Once a pop up appears, you can select the job position you would like to add the candidate to.
Add candidate to another job with the same email address
You can also add the candidate to a new job position you have created by going to the candidate overview page in the new job position where you would like to add the candidate.
Click on the “add candidate” button on the top right corner of the page, and then enter the details of the candidate as described here. For this step it is very important to add the same email address the candidate used to apply to your previous job position. Also make sure to deactivate the “send email invitation” option, and then press “add candidate”.
Your candidate’s results will automatically appear in the new job position!
