Where do the candidates come from?

Candidates who have previously taken the Alva tests can sign up for Alva Marketplace. They fill out a form about what type of job they are looking for. If they match with a jobs criteria and are having 75% or more role-fit, that job is recommended to them. Note that the candidate must make the choice to apply for the job themselves. A candidate will only appear in your Alva job if the he/she have actively applied to a job.

What are the candidates expectations?

While we can't state definitively what each candidate expects, our strong suggestion is to treat Marketplace candidates just like any other applicants from various sources. This means reaching out to every applicant, irrespective of whether you decide to take them into the recruitment process or choose to decline their application. This approach ensures a positive experience for the candidates of both Marketplace and your company.
