Initiate an Assessment from Oracle Recruiting Cloud:
Log into your Oracle Recruiting Cloud instance.
Navigate to the Candidates section and select a candidate.
In the candidate’s profile, select Initiate Assessment.
Choose Alva Labs Assessment from the list of available assessments.
Select the appropriate assessment package as per the job requirements.
Click Submit to send the assessment invitation to the candidate.
Candidate Completes the Assessment:
The candidate receives an email invitation with a link to complete the assessment on Alva’s platform.
The candidate completes the assessment as per the instructions provided.
Review Assessment Results in Oracle Recruiting Cloud:
Once the candidate completes the assessment, results are automatically updated in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Navigate to the candidate’s profile to view the assessment results.
