What the Oracle integration does
Alva is set up as a screening service in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. You add Alva test packages to a job requisition, order them for a candidate from the candidate's application, and read the results back in Oracle without leaving it.

Prerequisites
You have the following roles in your Oracle Recruiting Cloud instance. If you do not have roles, please contact whoever has the necessary permissions in your company before continuing:
ORA_PER_RECRUITING_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT
How to Configure Alva Assessments on a Job Requisition
Click on the "Create" button on the "Job Requisitions" page:
You should be able to see the "Screening Services" step on the "Create Job Requisition" page:
Under the "Screening Services" step, click on the "Add" button:
Select Alva Labs as the "Partner" option and the user account you've created as the"User Account" option. Then, click on the "OK" button:
Click on the "Pencil" icon next to the created screening service:
You can add test packages to the job's internal and/or external application by clicking on the "Add Package" button:
Select the test packages that you would like to set on the job requisition:
Click on the "OK" button after you've set up the desired test packages on the job requisition:
Click on the "Submit" button on the top right of the page to finalize the job:
How to Invite Candidate to Take a Test
Option 1: Invite Individual Candidates
Search for the job request and click on it.
In the "Job Applications" page, click on the candidate that you would like to order assessment tests for:
Click on the "Screening" tab:
Click on the "dots" icon on the "Assessments" tab:
Click on the "Initiate Request" option in the popup to order an assessment for the application:
Select the test packages that you would like to order, and click on "OK":
You will see the assessment order will be marked as "Initiated":
At this step, Alva will send an invitation email prompting the candidate to take the test. Once completed, the results will be available in Oracle.
View Test Result
Once the assessment has been completed, you can view the result in the "Assessments" tab:
The main score on each card shows the total score for that specific assessment. For psychometrics, this reflects the combined scores of the logic and personality tests. For interviews, it shows the respective scores. The Role Fit score displays the combined scores of all assessments completed up to that point.
