Click on the "Create" button on the "Job Requisitions" page:

You should be able to see the "Screening Services" step on the "Create Job Requisition" page:

Under the "Screening Services" step, click on the "Add" button:

Select Alva Labs as the "Partner" option and the user account you've created as the"User Account" option. Then, click on the "OK" button:

Click on the "Pencil" icon next to the created screening service:

You can add test packages to the job's internal and/or external application by clicking on the "Add Package" button:

Select the test packages that you would like to set on the job requisition:

Click on the "OK" button after you've set up the desired test packages on the job requisition:

Click on the "Submit" button on the top right of the page to finalize the job:

Search for the job request and click on it.

In the "Job Applications" page, click on the candidate that you would like to order assessment tests for:

Click on the "Screening" tab:

Click on the "dots" icon on the "Assessments" tab:

Click on the "Initiate Request" option in the popup to order an assessment for the application:

Select the test packages that you would like to order, and click on "OK":

You will see the assessment order will be marked as "Initiated":

At this step, Alva will send an invitation email prompting the candidate to take the test. Once completed, the results will be available in Oracle.
