At Alva, we want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to test results. Therefore, the reports that you see when you finish the tests are exactly the same that are shared with the recruiter or hiring manager.
It's also important to note that your responses to individual questions in the tests are not shared anywhere. The individual questions are building blocks to estimate a broader characteristic - a personality trait or your logical ability - and are not used on their own.
If you have taken the Alva tests before, and are applying for a new employer, this organization will not see whether you have chosen to re-take the tests or shared your pre-existing test results.
