Inviting candidates to take Alva’s assessment is easy. You can read about how to do that HERE. However, sometimes invites can be lost for a number of reasons. Or you might want to resend the invitation to make it easier for the candidate to find. Resending the invitation is simple!

Go to your Alva account, and to the candidate overview page. Once there, scroll to the candidate to whom you want to resend the invitation. Then, click the button with the three dots and select Send invitations. This will send out the same invitation you initially sent.

You can also select the candidate and click Send reminder. This will send out the reminder email with the same links to the assessments.
