How to Sync Hiring Team Members from Jobylon to Alva

Hiring team members are synced from Jobylon to Alva automatically. If you add one after the Alva assessment is already on the job, use these steps to sync them.

How the Hiring team sync works

When you configure the Alva Assessments in Jobylon, the Hiring team members will be synced to the job in Alva so you don't need to create new accounts for your hiring managers manually or add them to the job in Alva, this is done automatically.

When you need this workaround

If you have the Alva assessments included in a Jobylon job template, or if you create a new job in Jobylon and add the Alva assessments as a trigger, and at a later stage you add a Hiring team member in Jobylon, follow the steps below to sync the Hiring team members to Alva.

šŸ’” Note: This is a workaround: syncing this information from a job in Jobylon to Alva is not done automatically. We are working on a solution together with Jobylon - in the meantime, follow the steps below.

Sync the Hiring team members

  1. Add the Hiring team member in Jobylon

  2. Go to Job overview in Jobylon and press the assessment button shown below ā¬‡ļø

  3. Click on the Alva assessment

  4. Click Save
    ā€‹

  5. Done. This will send the information to Alva and your Hiring team members will be synced
