When you configure the Alva Assessments in Jobylon, the Hiring Team members will be synced to the job in Alva so you don't need to create new accounts for your hiring managers manually or add them to the job in Alva, this is done automatically.

The information below describes a workaround to sync Hiring Team members if you add them after you have added the Alva assessment to a job.

If you have the Alva assessments included in a Jobylon job template or if you create a new job in Jobylon and add the Alva assessments as a trigger and at a later stage, you add a hiring team member in Jobylon, then follow this guide to sync the Hiring Team members to Alva.

Today there is a workaround for syncing information from a job from Jobylon to Alva since this is not done automatically (we are working on a solution together with Jobylon but in the meantime follow the steps in this guide).
