How to Configure Alva Interview Templates for Your Job Position in Teamtailor
To use Alva Interview templates for your position, the first step is to add an Alva trigger to your recruitment process in Teamtailor. Go to "Configure Triggers on Job positions in Teamtailor" if you are unfamiliar with triggers in Teamtailor.
Click the checkbox to include Interviews in the Teamtailor stage, then select the correct template from the drop-down menu. If you would like to add another interview, just add another trigger to the selected stage.

Start Using Alva Interview Templates through Teamtailor
Enable selected Interview template on the candidate page by moving the candidates to the stage with the Alva trigger.
To start or assign an interview, click “Interview this candidate”, you will be redirected to the candidate page in Alva where you can select to start an interview or assign another interviewer. Don’t forget to publish the scorecard when you are done rating the candidate.
Review the results by looking at the score directly in Teamtailor or click "View results" and go to Alva for a more detailed view. Read more about how to review interview results in Alva
