1. Retrieving the token (API-Key) through the Alva website:
This string of information is required in order to successfully complete your integration and they allow for the two applications to communicate with each other.
Step 1: First go to your company Settings (1). If you don't have access to it, either ask the admin in your company or reach out on Alva's Intercom. Next click the "Integrations" tab (2) and then click "Add integration" (3).
Step 2: A menu will appear listing all the different ATS-systems that Alva supports. Click on the "add" option that is located to the right of the Jobylon logo and name.
Step 3: Next, click on the "Enable Integration" option that appears in the bottom left corner of the settings menu.
Step 4: Press the eye-icon (1) in order to reveal your token (2). Next copy the token.
Step 5: Provide the API key to your point of contact at Jobylon.
Note: API Keys allow access to sensitive data and must be kept secret. If an API Key is shared in an email and your email is intercepted by a malicious third party or your email account is hacked, the hacker would be able to view and access your API Key.
