How to configure the integration between Alva Labs and ReachMee

In order to configure the integration between Alva Labs and ReachMee, reach out to your contact person at ReachMee.

Once you have activated Alva's integration with ReachMee you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through ReachMee.

How to send Alva tests through the ReachMee website

Step 1: Go to the relevant project. Click "Description" and then "Manage stages" (1). Next, click "Create new folder" (2).

Step 2: Scroll down and name your folder.

Step 3: Click on "Actions" (1) and then click "Choose" and choose "Personality test" (2). After this press "Save" (3).

Step 4: Move the created stage to the desired position in the pipeline. You can do this by dragging the icon marked by the red box in the screenshot.

Once a candidate is moved to the stage where the tests are configured, the tests will then be automatically sent.

How to choose a test profile

Go to the relevant project. Click on "Description" and then "Candidate tests" (1). Choose the profile that suits the position (2)

Please note: Make sure only one test profile is selected at a time. The integration cannot handle multiple test profiles at once and you will start to experience bugs. Also note that the same tests are sent to all candidates. The option to change test profile only changes how the results are interpreted, for more information on test profiles click HERE.

How to view test results in ReachMee

Once a candidate has completed their tests, go to "Candidates" and then "Candidate directory". From here you can view candidates role fit score and the status of their testing.

If the score and status columns are not visible, click on "Show and hide columns" (1) and then tick both the box next to "Candidate-tests" and the box next to the test profile that you want to apply (2).
