Once you have activated Alva's integration with Cruitive you are ready to start sending out assessments to your job applicants through Greenhouse.

To get started using Alva with Cruitive, you can read the below article, or you can watch this brief video that takes you through the basic steps:

Step 1: Starting from the job menu, click on "Settings" (1) > "Pipeline" (2) > "Add new stage" (3).

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the "+" sign and then click on the "Send tests" option (1). Finally click "confirm" (2).

Step 3: The stage will now appear in the pipeline (marked with a big red box). If you want to move the test stage to another spot in your pipeline simply press the dots (1) and drag the box to the desired position.

Once a candidate gets moved to the stage containing the Alva Labs tests the tests will automatically get sent.

Step 1: Create a new template.

Step 2: Scroll down and tick the boxes "personality test" (1) and "logic test" (1). Then choose which test profile you want to use (2) and then press "confirm".

Note: The same tests are sent to all candidates. The option to change test profile only changes how the results are interpreted, for more information on test profiles click HERE.

Step 3: Click on "Add new stage" (1).

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the "+" sign and then click on the "Send tests" option (1). Finally click "confirm" (2).

Step 1: In order to view a candidates test results click "Applications" and then click "All applications" (1). Next click on the cogwheel (2) as displayed in the screenshot.

Step 2: Tick the box next to "Alva Labs points" (marked with a red box) which will display the results.

Step 3: A summary of the test results will appear in the rightmost field (1). If you want to access a more detailed overview of the test results click on the candidates name (2).

Step 4: Scroll down to find the overview of the candidates tests. This overview provides insight into a candidates position on the personality dimensions as well as a candidates score on the logic test.
