How to use Alva with Ponty

This is a step by step guide which details how to send tests, how to choose test profile and how to view results in Ponty

How to send tests in the Ponty website.

Step 1: Go to the relevant position. Click "UPPDRAGSINFORMATION" (1) and then click "Skicka uppdrag till alva" (2).

Step 2: Go to the candidate that you want to send the tests to. Then click on "Lägg till kandidathändelse". Choose "Alva personlighetstest" (1) (in order for this option to be available, a setting needs to be configured by a Ponty admin). Tick the box next to "Alva send assessment" (2) and then press "Spara" (3).

The candidate will now receive an invite to complete the tests through e-mail!

How to choose test profile

Step 1: Choosing a test profile is done in the Alva website. Starting from there click on the relevant job.

Step 2: In the job menu, click "Settings" (1). Then click on the arrow (2) next to "Test assessment" which opens a drop down menu, click on "Change" (2).

Step 3: Select which test profile you want to use then press "Select" to save you choice.

Please note: The same tests are sent to all candidates. The option to change test profile only changes how the results are interpreted, for more information on test profiles click HERE.

Now the test profile that you chose will be used in the Ponty integration. This needs to be done for every new position that you create.

How to view results in the Ponty website

The test results will be visible in the "UPPDRAG" tab. Go to the stage where the tests are configured (In this case "Intervju"). The results will appear as shown in the screenshot (1).

If you want a more detailed overview of the results, click the "pop-out" symbol (marked with a red box).

This will direct you to the following page. Here you can click "Gå till kandidatsidan hos Alva" (marked with a red box). This will send you to the Alva website where you can get more in depth information about the test results.
