You can easily tag a job position to a specific team. This will help you keep track of what team each position belongs to.
If you are using Alva's Team Insight tool or Performance Development tool you can also easily transfer any hired candidate to become an employee and automatically added to the team you have tagged to the job position. If you are using Team Insights this will automatically add the employee to the team graph using the personality data from the candidate assessment process and allow you to see how the team dynamic changes as it grows.
Add a team to your job position
Go to your job position and the “Settings” tab to the far right. You can add any team that your organization has added to your Alva account by selecting the team in the drop-down menu “In which team is the position”.
